Terms of Service

Last updated: July 20, 2026

These terms apply to the Deep Fried Labs website (deepfriedlabs.shop), our desktop app, and our calculator apps (CalcLite and SuperCalc+). By downloading our software, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to them.

The products

Your account

You sign in with a Google account; authentication is handled by Clerk. Your account holds your license, so keep access to it — you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service (for example, sharing licenses or circumventing licensing).

Your license

Your SuperCalc+ license is personal and tied to your account. When the desktop app installs a licensed app, the license is registered to your calculator's ID. You may install the apps on calculators you own or use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the app files or your license, and you may not reverse-engineer the software except where the law allows it regardless of this term.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. All sales are final. No refunds. Because SuperCalc+ is a digital product delivered immediately as a lifetime license, purchases are not refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund manually in extreme edge cases — contact support@deepfriedlabs.shop if you believe your situation qualifies. If a refund is issued, the associated license is deactivated.

Academic honesty

Our apps are built for studying and homework. Many standardized tests and some classrooms restrict CAS-capable calculators — it is your responsibility to know and follow the calculator policy of any test or course. Deep Fried Labs is not responsible for consequences of using the apps where they are not permitted.

Your calculator and the desktop app

The desktop app (for Windows and Mac) transfers apps to your calculator over USB using the standard TI transfer mechanism and does not modify your calculator's operating system. Don't disconnect the calculator mid-transfer. Still, you install and use the software at your own risk.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We work hard on correctness, but we do not guarantee that every result is error-free — check your work. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the products is limited to the amount you paid us.

Trademarks

TI-84 Plus CE is a trademark of Texas Instruments, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse Deep Fried Labs.

Changes

We may update these terms as the products evolve; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date above. Continuing to use the products after a change means you accept the updated terms.
